We are looking for a confident, friendly individual with natural sales ability who is comfortable promoting and selling our venue’s sim racing facilities and activities.
Alongside sales, you will help with the day-to-day running of the venue, including setting up customers in activity rooms, keeping the venue clean and presentable, and providing excellent customer service.
Additionally, we are looking to grow our social media presence, so the ideal candidate will be confident helping create content, promote the venue online, and showcase our activities across social media.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and ensuring the proper functioning of the racing simulators
- Maintaining cleanliness in the designated area for customer use
- Interacting with customers to explain our services and promotions
- Keeping track of daily sales
- Street Sweeping
- Conducting or reporting needed repairs and upkeep on simulators, requiring proficiency with basic hand tools
Required availability:
Monday - Friday: 4pm - Till late
Friday - Sunday: 1pm - Till late
Ideal candidates will:
- Confident Customer Service skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in playing car racing games
- Possess cleanliness habits and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques
- Have the ability to use hand tools for tightening loose bolts
- Understand the process of updating a PC
