This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our administrative team within the UHBW Pregnancy Advisory Service which provides abortion care to people in BNSSG.
Check patients in and out of the clinic, maintaining a welcoming and non-judgemental environment.
To act as a point of contact for queries from clinical and non-clinical staff, and patients
Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams across the Trust via telephone and email
Escalate patient queries, capacity problems and general issues to the role’s line manager or relevant clinical staff as appropriate
Communicate changes to clinical team
Manage patient referrals
Carry out clinical coding and a variety of other administrative activities using multiple healthcare systems.

Working hours - Wednesday 10am-6pm and Thursday 09.30am-16.30 am. These are fixed hours with no flexibility to vary the start or finish time.
This role is permanently based on the first floor of Tower hill and will involve moving around different areas of the building as part of your daily role.
This role is not suitable for home working.
