Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their bathroom renovation needs and preferences, providing expert advice on product options and design ideas
- Utilize Virtual Worlds software to create detailed bathroom layouts and visualizations that help clients envision their ideal space (Training will be given)
- Promote upselling opportunities by recommending complementary products such as fixtures, tiles, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandise displays that highlight trending styles and innovative solutions, ensuring the showroom remains inviting and easy to navigate
- Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking displays, and merchandising products to maximize visual appeal and accessibility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth sales processes, accurate order processing, and timely delivery coordination
Skills
- Proficiency in Virtual Worlds software for creating detailed bathroom layouts
- Strong upselling abilities combined with excellent communication skills to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes
- Solid organizational skills for managing displays, inventory, and customer appointments efficiently
- Basic math skills for measuring spaces, calculating costs, and preparing accurate quotes
