Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner / Support Person to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our holiday flats. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in hospitality or janitorial services to contribute to a high standard of service within a friendly team. The role involves thorough cleaning, organisation, and support to uphold the quality and reputation of our holiday accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare holiday flats between guest stays, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as required.
- Maintain the organisation of supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.
- Support with general housekeeping duties to ensure the flats are welcoming and well-presented.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with guest requests or queries when necessary, providing friendly support and service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial roles is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes.
- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or additional duties as required.

Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
