Food hygiene qualifications an advantage
Previous Kitchen experience an advantage
Awareness of Tiny Tums Children's healthy eating scheme
Must have good organisation skills and be able to cater for allergies of individuals and work as a team

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a hygienic and timely manner
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards and record keeping
Additional Duties:
- Menu planning
- Allergy awareness while preparing menus/food
- Food shopping ordering
- Recording food temperatures
- Preparing reports
- Training will be given
Salary: £17,000 3 days/24 Hours (Poss, - Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday's 8.00am to 4.30pm including breaks)
