Logic Property Maintenance is a general building services company delivering residential and commercial refurbishment projects across London and Hertfordshire.
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Carpenter / Joiner to join our team on a commercial office fit-out project in Dagenham, converting an office building into a new training facility starting on the 17th of August.
The Role
This is a varied site carpentry role working as part of the Logic team on a fast-paced commercial refurbishment.
Typical duties will include:
- Hanging internal doors
- Stud walls and partitioning
- Second-fix carpentry
- Skirting, architraves and finishing work
- General site carpentry as required
We're looking for someone who can work efficiently, maintain a high standard of workmanship and work well as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
✔ Proven site carpentry experience
✔ Self-employed and CIS registered
✔ Own tools and transport
✔ CSCS card preferred
✔ Reliable, professional and able to work independently when required
✔ Able to travel to the Dagenham site each day
Pay: £18.00-£25.00 per hour
