Duties

- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries.
- Support financial operations by managing invoices and using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with computerised office systems, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to type efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
