We are looking for a natural storyteller who can take a good idea and turn it into content people genuinely want to watch, share and engage with.
This is not a role where you will simply schedule social media posts.
You will help shape KSOL’s presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn by creating authentic content from initial idea through to publication.
What you’ll be doing
- Researching and developing content ideas.
- Creating concepts, scripts and storyboards.
- Planning and directing photography and video shoots.
- Filming and editing long-form and short-form video.
- Working with teachers, parents and pupils to bring their stories to life.
- Writing engaging social media copy.
- Publishing content across our digital channels.
- Reviewing performance and improving future content.
- Exploring the use of AI videos and static content
We’d like to hear from you if you…
- Have recently graduated in media, film, digital content, photography, journalism, animation, marketing or a related subject.
- Are a natural storyteller with strong creative ideas.
- Can demonstrate good storyboarding, photography, lighting and composition skills.
- Have excellent written English.
- Are confident communicating with people of different ages.
Your portfolio matters
We are more interested in what you have created than where you have worked.
Please include:
- A portfolio or showreel.
- Examples of work across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- A short explanation of your role in creating the content.
- How you measured whether it was successful.
Applications without examples of work are unlikely to be progressed.

Pay: £26,500.00-£31,000.00 per year
