Applicants MUST have relevant industry experience, passion, and talent. The ability to work as part of a team, to be creative and motivated, are essential.
Experience of producing and finishing celebration cakes essential.
Must have own transport.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of high quality artisan pastries, ensuring consistency and quality.
Develop new patisserie recipes.
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in inventory management and ordering ingredients.
Ensure all baked goods meet the bakery’s quality standards.
MUST be prepared to demonstrate cake decorating skills during a trial session.
Qualifications
Bakery qualifications.
Proven experience in food production, baking, and culinary arts.
Food safety training.
Ability to develop creative patisserie recipes.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Passion for baking and traditional pastry techniques.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
