Are you a qualified MOT Tester looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well established automotive business in Borehamwood that is looking to add an experienced MOT Tester to its professional workshop team.

As an MOT Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet DVSA standards, carrying out Class 4 MOT inspections while delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. If you're also a qualified Vehicle Technician, you'll have the opportunity to use your mechanical skills alongside MOT testing.
The Role
As an MOT Tester, you will:
- Carry out Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with current DVSA regulations
- Identify vehicle defects and advise on any required repairs
- Complete MOT documentation accurately and efficiently
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work where required
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 4 MOT Testing licence
- Previous experience as an MOT Tester within a busy workshop
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent is desirable
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
