Exeter Driver Required
SBT are looking for a driver to join our team in supporting a growing leading supermarket retailer across the South West
Requirements of HGV Class 1 Driver
- In date UK Driving License, Digital Tachograph and CPC Card
- Customer Focused Approach
- Ability to Work Weekdays & Weekends Within Shift Pattern
- 20:00pm Start Time
- Ability to work up to 12 Hours Each Shift
- Experience in Handling Pallets and Loading of Goods (not essential but preferred)
- Driver is to self load trailer from the Lidl Depot and self deliver to Lidl Stores across Devon&Cornwall/Somerset/Dorset
- Flexible Shift Pattern Availability (No Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities of HGV Class 1 Driver
- Cleanliness of Vehicles/Trailers
- Maintaining Vehicles/Trailers (Daily walk arounds & Defects)
- Loading and Unloading of Goods with the use of a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
- Ensuring Load is Delivered Safely to our Customers (LIDL)
- Good Organisational and Communication Skills
- Work within EU Regulated Hours
- Drive in Accordance with the Law
