The Gwydyr Hotel is a beautiful 4-star hotel located in Betws Y Coed. The Gateway to Snowdonia. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Housekeeper to join our friendly team.
This role is essential to maintaining the high standards expected of a 4-star hotel and plays a key part in enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation in guest bedrooms and public areas
- Service bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors in line with company policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management
- Fulfil reasonable guest requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction
- Adhere to all company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards
- Carry out instructions as given by management and head office
About You:
- Hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping experience is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
