Contracts of 20 hours per week available
We are recruiting night staff to complement our existing staff. We are looking for experienced night staff who can work 2 nights a week, working alternative weekends. We offer a friendly working environment and good training and NVQ support. You will be part of a team delivering care to residents within a 51 bed home. We pride ourselves on delivering "kind" care that meets the individual's requirements.
The Role:
- To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide good quality of health, welfare and well being of the residents.
- To contribute, develop and implement residents individual care and person centred plans.
- To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons.
Responsibilities:
- To complete induction and foundation training if you have no experience.
- To complete all mandatory training.
- To be person centred in all aspects of your role.
