A talented Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef is required for an exceptional, 3AA Rosette restaurant set within stunning parkland in Buckinghamshire.

As Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef and senior team in the smooth running of the kitchen
- Lead service with confidence, ensuring precision and consistency
- Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and organisation
- Train and mentor junior members of the brigade
- Uphold the discipline and attention to detail expected at this level
This role would suit a strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up or an experienced Sous Chef looking to refine their skills within a focused, quality-driven kitchen.
