As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced full and part time Aesthetic Practitioner / Skin Therapist to join us. Training will be provided for the right applicant.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, results-driven Aesthetic Practitioner / Skin Therapist to work in a leading medical aesthetics clinic. You will be responsible for delivering advanced skin treatments, performing in-depth consultations, and creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to each patient.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a premium clinic environment and is passionate about skin health, patient care, and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments
- Deliver a range of advanced skin treatments, including:
- Radiofrequency and microneedling treatments (including Morpheus8)
- Hydrafacials / HydraScalp
- UltraClear laser and ablative / CO₂ laser treatments
- SkinPen microneedling
- Skin booster injectables (where appropriately trained)
- Hairloss treaments, PRP, Exosomes
- IV therapy + Cannulation + Phlebotomy
- Develop personalised treatment plans and skincare regimes
- Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and aftercare
- Assisting with face tight and micro-lipo suction
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient care
- Work closely with the medical and aesthetics team
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit
About You
- Aesthetic Practitioner / Qualified Skin Therapist / Beauty Therapist (Level 4 minimum; Level 6 or Advanced certifications or NMC qualified)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an aesthetics or medical aesthetics clinic preferred
- Confident delivering advanced skin and device-based treatments
- Strong knowledge of skin conditions, treatment protocols, and skincare - Obagi Medical
- Professional, approachable, and patient-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-aware with the ability to build long-term patient relationships
- Passionate about learning, development, and clinical excellence
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
- Seeking a full or part-time position
