We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and professional Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Director. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work primarily from home while attending the office when required for client meetings, team meetings, or other business needs.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's diary, calendar, and appointments.
- Organise meetings, travel arrangements, and business schedules.
- Screen and respond to emails, telephone calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Attend meetings when required and take accurate meeting minutes.
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Carry out research and gather information for ongoing projects.
- Maintain confidential records and business documentation.
- Assist with general administration and day-to-day business operations.
- Support the Director with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Comfortable working remotely with excellent self-management skills.

- Experience supporting senior executives or company directors.

Working Pattern
- Hybrid working (primarily home-based).
- Office attendance required for scheduled client meetings and business requirements.
- Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to attend occasional meetings outside normal working hours where necessary.
