We're looking for passionate, qualified teachers with QTS/PGCE (or a recognised international equivalent) and a minimum of two years' classroom teaching experience to join our growing online platform.

Platform commission
Commission starts at 25% and reduces to as little as 15% depending on teaching activity. The more you teach through Education Lifeguards, the more you keep.
Commission contributes towards marketing and advertising, secure payment processing, safeguarding systems, platform maintenance and ongoing development.
Essential requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE or recognised international equivalent).
- Minimum two years' classroom teaching experience.
- Enhanced DBS (or equivalent police check).
- A genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential.

Once we receive your completed application, we'll review your qualifications and experience. If you meet our requirements, we'll invite you to a short online interview where we can get to know you, answer any questions you have and complete the verification process.
Following a successful interview and verification, your £50 onboarding fee will be waived and your teacher profile can go live on Education Lifeguards.
