Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in executing daily operations, ensuring smooth FOH functions and high standards of service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to adhere to specific standards and job roles and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
- Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining organisational records to ensure operational efficiency.
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that facilitate effective communication with diverse customer bases and team members.
- Proven management experience with a background in supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills for clear instructions, conflict resolution, and building rapport with customers and staff.
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a busy pub/hotel setting.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative responsibilities.
