We position solar as a “bill swap” — helping homeowners potentially swap their rising electricity bill for a fixed solar payment.
No hard selling.
Just structured conversations with interested homeowners.
Due to growth, we’re looking for experienced remote telesales professionals to join our team.
The Role
You will be:
- Qualifying homeowners for solar consultations
- Delivering a structured “bill swap” pitch
- Handling objections confidently
- Booking qualified appointments for surveyors/closers
- Updating CRM accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Proven telesales experience (solar or home improvement preferred)
- Confident, articulate communicator
- Strong objection handling skills
- Target-driven and money-motivated
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience in solar, boilers, insulation, or finance-based sales is highly desirable.
