This role is ideal for a Senior Supervisor, Site Manager or aspiring Contract Manager looking to take the next step in their career. While previous contract management experience is advantageous, attitude, commitment and the willingness to learn are far more important to us. We are prepared to invest in the right person and provide the training and support needed to succeed.

Site
Sites will be located around London, Bolton, Bristol, Stevenage, Thurleigh and Henlow.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting and managing a portfolio of security contracts across the UK, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to our clients.
This is a hands-on operational role requiring regular travel, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem solving. No two days will be the same.
You will work closely with senior leadership and experienced operational managers who will support your development into a successful Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support security teams across multiple sites.
- Conduct site visits, audits and welfare checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure contractual requirements and service standards are consistently met.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of security personnel.
- Support investigations, disciplinary meetings and employee relations matters when required.
- Manage staffing levels, absence cover and operational issues.
- Complete operational reports and client updates.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for potential as much as experience.
Essential
- Previous supervisory or management experience within the security industry.
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
Desirable
- Experience managing manned guarding contracts.
- Knowledge of rostering and workforce planning.
- Experience within corporate security environments.
- IOSH or similar health and safety qualification.
