We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Client Success Representative to join our friendly team. You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, taking orders, resolving enquiries, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Process customer orders by phone, email, and voicemail
- Handle enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with internal teams to support customers and deliver professional communication
- Arrange deliveries and collections
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Organised, adaptable, and able to multitask
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
