We are Based in Newton Mearns Shopping Centre and require a confident individual who is a good speaker and knows about all skin treatments and can make sales!
Sales is a must, you must be able to work under pressure and meet your weekly Targets.
This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a lively, supportive setting where every appointment is a chance to inspire and transform.
We are looking for staff to work 5 days a week, Must be able to work at the Weekends.
Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, , massage and laser, with precision and care
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and beauty techniques tailored to individual client needs
- Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with health and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, active listening, and personalised service
- Assist clients in selecting suitable beauty products and educate them on proper usage for optimal results
- Maintain detailed client records, treatment plans, and appointment schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to continually enhance your expertise
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty/Skin Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry
- Sales experience
- Beauty Facials treatments
- Must be HND qualified
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and build rapport with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments is preferred
- Passionate about helping clients achieve their beauty goals through professional guidance and expert care
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
