Part Time Sales Stylist
We're looking for a part time stylist to join our team in London.
The Stylist Role:
- Apply your experience of customer service to create a welcoming and inspiring environment
- Constantly work proactively and independently, be confident in managing the store alone when necessary
- You'll guide customers through our brand's services with confidence (e.g. engraving, aftercare, bespoke commissions) whilst expressing your passion for the brand and our collections.
- You'll maximise sales opportunities and report to the store manager on sales, KPI and customer enquiries on a daily basis
Who we're looking for:
- A confident, friendly and approachable individual with proven sales experience in luxury goods/retail
- Ideally, you'll have jewellery production/handling knowledge or sales experience within a luxury jewellery environment. We are, however, willing to invest time in an individual with excellent sales and customer service skills who's keen to learn more about the industry
- Ideally, you'll have experience in visual merchandising and post-sale relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and stay organised
- Ability to pick up new skills and product knowledge quickly
Days / Hours needed:
- Minimum of 1-2 days a week, flexible in the days you're available
- A plus if you can work Saturdays
- Be flexible to work across our two stores
