Location: Felixstowe or Norwich
Ready to take your tyre and fleet maintenance experience to the next level? We are looking for a confident, organised Tyre Manager to join our busy maintenance team in Felixstowe or Norwich.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll take ownership of tyre activity across a busy truck and trailer fleet, authorising work, coordinating suppliers, managing breakdowns, and keeping costs and paperwork under control.
What We’re Looking For…
Strong knowledge of commercial tyres (essential)
Experience in tyre control, maintenance control, fleet admin, workshop control or service advising (ideal)
Organised and able to multi-task in a busy environment
Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
Positive attitude, good sense of humour, and a team-first mindset
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial tyre activity across the truck & trailer fleet (inspections, repairs, replacements) to minimise downtime.
Authorise supplier work/breakdowns, handle calls, and keep customers updated on ETAs.
Liaise with depots, drivers, technicians and suppliers to keep jobs moving.
Process supplier invoices and customer recharges, maintaining accurate records and cost control.
Support the maintenance team and work confidently solo when needed
