We require an experienced and caring Senior Health Care Assistant's to join the team at Castle Dene Care Home.
Nights Senior is for 33 hours per week and Day Senior is 39.25 hours per week. Roles and responsibilities include medication management and administration, support and guide the team, supervisions, care planning and other duties to support the management team. To ensure service user's needs and wishes are met including personal care. To liase with families and outside agencies. Excellent spoken and written English is essential for this role.
The ideal person will need to be experienced in elderly care and have at least 3 years experience and certificates in Health & Social Care with a willingness to complete further training that enhances the needs of the service user's as well as the usual mandatory training. Medication experience and certificate would be an advantage.
An Enhanced DBS will be applied for and 2 references.
