Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, following all food safety standards.
- Waiting on tables, serving food prepared by the kitchen to costumers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Manage cash register operations, handle payments accurately using basic math skills, and issue receipts.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, adhering to responsible serving practices.
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and support the overall vibe of the venue.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential!
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions accurately.
