Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Property Manager to join our team. This role involves delivering a high standard of customer service while managing a portfolio of residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and contractors
- Prepare and negotiate service charge budgets and monitor expenditure
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections of the developments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant legislation
- Handle property related issues promptly and effectively
- Appoint and manage contractors and service providers
- Interpret and enforce Lease and Transfer covenants, ensuring obligations are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong understanding of Leases, Transfers, and property legislation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Customer focused with strong communication and relationship building abilities
- Able to work independently and use initiative with minimal supervision
- A positive team player who upholds company values and standards
- TPI qualified (or willing to work towards accreditation) or hold a similar professional qualification
