Bank / Flexible shifts – Supported Living & Residential

We are recruiting Support Workers / Care Workers to work with a trusted CQC-registered care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities in supported living and residential care settings.
Shifts available in Cheshunt, Hoddesdon and Palmers Green, Enfield.
This is a bank / flexible role with regular shifts usually available for reliable staff.
This role is based in supported living and residential care settings and is not home care.

Positions available immediately.
Enhance DBS on the update service is beneficial for timely onboarding, any successful candidate will require either a new Enhanced DBS or one registered with update service and the original certificate to be shown.
Full training can be provided.

Duties include:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities with daily living tasks
- Providing personal care where required
- Supporting service users in the community (shopping, activities, appointments etc.)
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
- Keeping accurate records
- Working as part of a team within the service
Requirements:
- Previous care / support work experience preferred
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and patient approach
- Willing to complete training
All roles subject to references, training and enhanced DBS.
Pay dependent on experience.
