Job Summary
We are seeking two professional and organised Administrative Receptionists to join our team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a busy reception setting. The role involves liaising with patients over the phone and face to face, helping patients with prescriptions and general enquiries in addition to providing administrative support to our multi-disciplinary team.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage appointment booking & scheduling
- Handle correspondence appropriately
- Organisation of medical records including filing electronically and physically
- Administrative tasks such as summarising of medical records scanning, recall for chronic diseases monitoring and enhanced services .
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and stocked at all times
Experience
- Proven office or administrative experience is essential
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and in person
- Previous clerical experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific software if needed
