Pay Rates
- Respite Calls: £13.05 – £13.65/hour
- Homecare Calls:
- £14.35/hour (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm)
- £14.85/hour (Mon–Fri, 6pm–10pm)
- £15.35/hour (Weekends)
- £16.35/hour (Bank Holidays)
What You’ll Do
- Support adults (18+) with disabilities, long-term conditions, or mental health needs
- Build long-term relationships with regular clients
- Minimum 30-minute visits—no rushed care
