Senior Marketing Executive – Demand Generation & Operations
Location: Winslade Park - Exeter. Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

At Unity5, we build sector-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions—and we’re expanding. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue objectives, scaling lead generation, and building high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing1. Demand Generation & ABM
- Execute Campaigns: Design and deliver B2B demand gen campaigns targeting private parking operators, local authorities, commercial real estate managers, and landowners.
- Budget & Performance: Manage campaign budgets effectively, track profitability, and report on key metrics—including conversion rates, pipeline growth, and web traffic.
2. CRM & Marketing Automation
- HubSpot Expert: Act as our internal HubSpot power-user—managing workflows, lead-scoring rules, forms, landing pages, and MQL-to-Sales handoffs.
- Data Integrity: Maintain CRM health and ensure strict GDPR compliance across all UK marketing databases.
3. Digital & Web Operations
- PPC Ownership: Take full ownership of Google Ads and paid acquisition channels to drive qualified top-of-funnel demand.
- Web Management: Keep our WordPress site optimized, fresh, and engaging using builders like Elementor, while utilizing SEO tools to boost search visibility.
- LinkedIn Presence: Drive brand engagement and engage key industry stakeholders across LinkedIn.
4. Content Creation & Sales Enablement
- Asset Creation: Produce high-converting collateral, including case studies, ROI calculators, product one-pagers, and pitch decks for the sales team.
- Video Production: Create polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, alongside agile, punchy social videos using CapCut.
5. Event Marketing
- Trade Show Strategy: Drive pre- and post-event campaigns for major UK trade shows like Parkex and BPA events.
- On-the-Ground Presence: Represent Unity5 at industry events across the UK to generate leads and raise brand awareness (all expenses paid).
What We’re Looking For
- SaaS Experience: Background working within a Software as a Service (SaaS) business.
- Case Study Track Record: Proven ability to interview clients and write compelling customer success stories.
- Tech & AI Curiosity: A natural eagerness to adopt modern software and cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Otterly.ai).
- Marketing Foundation: Degree in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Mobility: Full UK driving licence to travel to industry events.
- Skills: Highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
