Provide strategic and operational leadership for Speech & Language Therapy Services , ensuring safe, effective and high-quality service delivery while maintaining professional, clinical and governance standards.
Lead service development, modernisation and change management , implementing policies and driving improvements that align with Health Board priorities, government objectives and the evolving needs of patients and communities.
Manage resources, budgets and workforce performance , including staff leadership, professional development, financial oversight and ensuring services are delivered efficiently within available resources.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships and collaborative working arrangements with internal and external stakeholders, representing the service and supporting integrated working across health, social care, education and voluntary sectors.
