Do you have a passion for social media and storytelling with a creative flair? AXA Global Healthcare is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team to assist with day-to-day scheduling, co-ordination of social media, video content and email marketing activity. Working with key stakeholders, you’ll be writing copy, creating post graphics and keeping on top of social media trends which could apply to a corporate setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft and edit social media posts for AXA Global Healthcare, AXA Health International, and senior leadership across platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.

Support social media management by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.

Coordinate day-to-day social media, video, and email marketing requests, ensuring briefs are clear and resources are allocated efficiently.

Assist with logistics for video and motion content production, including liaising with voiceover artists and production teams.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop engaging content plans.

Track campaign performance, compile analytics, and assist in creating performance reports.

Organise marketing content libraries, manage SharePoint, and support administrative tasks like raising Purchase Orders.

Stay informed on industry trends and social media best practices to continuously enhance our digital presence.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience:
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.

Strong content writing, copywriting, and visual editing skills; experience with Canva is a plus.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and designing content.

Experience working with marketing agencies or understanding of agency workflows.

Proficiency in project management and workflow tools, with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools; knowledge of CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.

Knowledge of industry regulations (FCA) and international or health insurance experience is desirable; fluency in French is a plus but not essential.
