About Boyce Group
Boyce Group is a Bristol-based property company operating across commercial, residential and serviced accommodation. We are rapidly expanding our portfolio, which spans a diverse range of asset types including retail, office, industrial, student accommodation, serviced accommodation and co-living space — and are now expanding further into purpose-built hotels. Once a property is let, we manage it in-house to a high standard through our own vertically integrated network.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced estate agent to join the team, focused on our student accommodation, co-living houses and small retail units across Bristol. You'll be the main point of contact for viewings and inspections, and will keep maintenance and cleaning running smoothly behind the scenes. There's also scope to get involved in our serviced accommodation business, helping with guest communications when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out viewings for prospective tenants across student accommodation, co-living houses and small retail units.
- Conducting regular property inspections.
- Booking in and coordinating maintenance and cleaning visits.
- Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for tenants across this part of the portfolio.
- Assisting with guest communications for the serviced accommodation business, as required.
- Working closely with the wider property team to keep lettings and turnarounds moving quickly.
About You
- Proven estate agency experience — essential.
- Comfortable managing a varied portfolio of property types and juggling multiple viewings, inspections and maintenance bookings in a day.
- Confident dealing directly with tenants, guests and contractors.
- Well organised, with a good eye for detail when it comes to inspections and reporting issues.
- Full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the role covers sites across Bristol.
- Sharp and switched-on, able to think on your feet and take ownership without needing constant supervision.
Team & Culture
- A relaxed, informal team who get on well together, with regular staff socials.
- That said, everyone understands the work needs to get done, whatever the time of day — it's a laid-back culture, not a laid-back attitude to the job.
- Permanent, full-time position, subject to a standard probationary period.
