Job Title: Skilled Roofer

Salary: £21.00 per hour

Haizain Construction Limited is seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Roofer to join our growing team. We carry out a variety of roofing works across domestic, commercial, and public-sector projects.
Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years' roofing experience
Competent in all aspects of roofing works
Experience with:
Slate roofing
Tiled roofing
Flat roofing systems
Leadwork
Roof repairs and maintenance
Fascias, soffits, and guttering
Must hold a valid CSCS Card
Own tools and equipment essential
Own transport required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of health and safety requirements
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Roofing Occupations
IPAF certification
PASMA certification
Working at Height training
First Aid at Work certificate
Experience working on social housing, education, and commercial projects
Duties
Carrying out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance
Diagnosing roofing defects and recommending solutions
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Liaising with site managers and clients where required
