We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client's reputable property agency. Due to success our client is expanding the department and therefore eager to speak to sales driven and highly motivated lettings negotiators with experience working within the Buckinghamshire areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a proven track record in lettings or estate agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead negotiations, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our lettings department. Duties
- Lead and manage the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement signing
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and client interactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other industry professionals
- Assist with marketing properties through various channels, including online platforms and social media
- Organise viewings, follow-ups, and tenancy renewals efficiently
- Provide guidance on legal compliance and documentation related to lettings
Experience
- Proven administrative experience within a lettings or estate agency environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Previous experience in property negotiations or customer service roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of local property market trends and legal requirements related to lettings is preferred
