We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic Bartenders / Restaurant Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and drinks efficiently, and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests. This is a hands-on role requiring a positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages in line with company standards
- Ensure tables, bar areas, and service stations are clean and well presented
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth service
About You:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
