Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter's-Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal age for alcohol consumption
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns promptly
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by recognising signs of intoxication and managing accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Strong serving skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Familiarity with restaurant or bar operations will be considered an asset
