Job description:
Working within a small, friendly team, the successful candidate will have plumbing and heating knowledge, prepare accurate estimates, identify new work opportunities, and take ultimate responsibility for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Role responsibilities:
- Manage sales and tender enquiries.
- Discuss technical requirements with customers and recommend suitable product options.
- Price and estimate jobs.
- Manage orders from enquiry through to delivery, installation and aftercare, liaising with customers throughout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and margins.
- This is mainly an office-based role, with occasional travel to meet customers across the East Midlands and Rutland.
- Projects will range from small refurbishments to new-build sites, care homes and hotel refurbishments.
Salary will be negotiated based on experience.

Ability to commute or relocate:
· Nottingham NG13 8GG: reliably commute and travel to sites when necessary (preferred)
Education:
· GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
· Estimating/surveying: 1 year (preferred)
· Plumbing and heating: 1 year (preferred)
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
