We have an exciting opportunity within our growing Claims function for Claims Handlers who are looking to develop their career and support our ambition to deliver the very best Claims handling service in our industry.
Having successfully re-entered the Claims market in January 2025, we have experienced strong growth and secured new contracts, creating the need to expand our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage in our journey and play a key role in shaping our future success.
It is essential that you bring with you a passion for supporting customers and delivering excellent service, along with the ability to be both empathetic and resilient. You will need a strong eye for detail, a willingness to embrace best practice, and the ability to collaborate effectively with your team. This is a varied and dynamic role that will require a proactive approach, as you’ll be learning new systems and processes. You will be supported by an experienced Claims Management Team and will play an important part in ensuring our Claims function delivers the high standards our customers expect.

This is what we are looking for from you:
- Claims handling background preferred but not essential
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confidence to challenge behaviours and attitudes
- Strong organisational skills
