Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the café team during daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance development.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
- Support the Café Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment.

- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, hospitality, or food service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
