SEN Teacher (Special Educational Needs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver highly personalized, creative lessons adapted to meet complex individual needs.
- Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, or SLD.
- Create a safe, sensory-aware, and nurturing environment where milestones are celebrated.
- Manage and deploy classroom support staff (TA/LSAs) effectively to facilitate learning.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience or a genuine passion for working with special educational needs.
- Strong behavior management strategies with a calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Knowledge of alternative communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS) or de-escalation strategies is highly desirable but not essential.
