SEND Teaching Assistant – Dagenham / Redbridge – Immediate Opportunities Available

We are currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to support specialist schools across Dagenham, Chadwell Heath, Goodmayes and the surrounding Redbridge area.
We have consistent opportunities available for reliable and proactive staff, including daily supply, trial days, long-term placements and full-time roles within supportive SEND environments.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with autism and additional learning needs
- Working within specialist SEND classrooms
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Supporting communication, routines and emotional regulation
- Helping create a calm, structured and positive learning environment
