We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Food Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality experience across all outlets, including our restaurant, bar, room service, and events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial success.
Your Day to Day:
- Support the Managmenet team in running all FB departments across all properties: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, events, pub service.
- Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence
- Lead and inspire the food beverage team
- Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
- Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions.
Who We’re Looking For:
You’ll have proven experience managing in high-end hospitality, whether that be in a restaurant, bar or running events, in a management role. We’re looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. You’ll be a confident leader who is calm, confident and solutions-focused — even when the pressure’s on. A leader who is has excellent communication and people management skills.
You'll be commercially minded with a focus on cost control and revenue growth and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires working a variety of shifts across either restaurant, bar, conference or events, so flexibility is key, along with professionalism and a sense of fun!
