We are looking for a reliable, motivated, caring and compassionate Female Homecare Supervisor to join our Homecare and Community division.
You will also receive travel time pay and the maximum government fuel allowance of £0.45p per mile.
Contract: 40 hours per week
You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle to be considered for this role.

The Role:
As a Homecare Supervisor the objective of your role is to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, leading by example from a ‘ground up’ basis. You will support the leadership team to successfully manage the functions that facilitate the delivery of service excellence within our Homecare division by ensuring all staff are suitably trained and competent to carry out their roles, you will complete staff rosters and any amendments required. You will be supporting the leadership structure to achieve Outstanding CQC compliance.
- Working in the field delivering excellent care and support.
- Guiding and supporting staff to achieve excellence through leading by example, practical observation, incident / accident debriefs and effective supervision with staff.
- Updating care plans and risk assessments ensuring they are comprehensive, detailed, and person-centred.
- Improving choice and quality of life through the use of timely interventions and/or review and reassessment that maximises long-term independence and minimises ongoing support.
- Regularly reviewing customer needs and reporting / recording changes accordingly.
- Auditing medication, daily notes and care plans.
- You will require excellent IT knowledge in order to navigate our systems and complete staff rosters.
