We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie or ambitious Commis Chef to join our small but perfectly formed team at Sella Park Country House Hotel, Calderbridge, Nr Seascale, Cumbria CA20 1DW
Responsibilities include assisting with service within sections, general preparation and adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards within kitchen operations.
The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work and communicate well with other members of the team and the front of house team along with have a commitment to providing the highest quality of food and service.
Excellent training provided by our Head Chef and a great opportunity to further your career within a busy hotel and expanding company, including our other properties and spectacular visitor attraction Muncaster Castle
This is a permanent position not seasonal - the best bit.... we have 2 weeks off at Christmas and New Year a rarity in this industry
Due to the location ability to drive is an advantage as NO LIVE IN ACCOMMODATION is provided with this position
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
