ReRooted is an organic, sustainable plantmilk company based in Totnes. We pride ourselves in crafting the very best quality plantmilks, made with the most ethical ingredients, sold in reusable glass bottles with a circular business model.
We have been crafting premium plantmilks for 7 years, and are steadily growing, getting closer to realising our vision of becoming the breakfast table brand for plantmilks. Demonstrating that successful businesses can be responsible both economically and ecologically at the same time.
Experience
We’re looking for a dynamic, hard working person who adapts quickly and thrives in a team. It is essential to be organised and efficient, while also being able to maintain focus during the early mornings.
The ideal candidate would have a background in food or drink manufacturing, or in something similar, such as cheffing – though this isn’t essential, as long as there is a keen interest to learn.
There will also be the potential for career progression for the right candidate. Initial position would be within the Production assistant team, with the potential to take on Lead formulation works. As we grow it is essential we take our staff group along for the ride!
The job can be quite physical, so a relatively good level of fitness is important, along with a positive and resilient mental attitude.
You’ll be working with a young, motivated team who supports one another to succeed, and keeps things fun and interesting.

The hours stated will likely rise over an initial 6 month period with us, Holiday and Sickness covers required between the whole team.

Additional Information
Initially 2 full days Production Assistant per week & development to Production Lead for the right candidate with the possibility for more hours as you and your role develops. Working hours for production are 0630-1830hrs, each shift 9.5hrs within that time.
Recruitment & interviews over August, with a view to start end of the month.
