Care Herts Ltd. is a domiciliary care company which has been proudly serving the community in Welwyn and Hatfield for over 10 years. We are committed to providing stellar personalised care services and creating an environment of trust, comfort, independence, and dignity for our clients, supporting them to live their best lives in their own homes. We are currently looking for Care Assistants who can work weekends in Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas, to expand our team and increase our capacity to continue to deliver excellent care to all our clients. Weekend carers may be asked to take on morning, lunchtime, teatime, or evening rounds.
Responsibilities:
- Providing care and support to elderly clients in their own homes
- Assisting clients with their medication, including administering it to them
- Assisting clients with personal care
- Incontinence care
- Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Interacting with clients and providing companionship
- Enablement support – helping clients to be as independent as possible
Requirements:
- Full access to own car and full UK driving license
- Previous experience working in domiciliary care
- Care Certificate
- Right to work in the UK - Holding valid visa, ILR or British Citizenship
- Weekend availability
Care certificate and relevant experience is ESSENTIAL.
