Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored advice on nail care.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and beauty products.
- Assist clients with makeup application as needed, enhancing their overall experience.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is required.
- A minimum of level 2/3 certified In Nail Technology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in nail design.
