Looking for a varied role with strong career progression in a growing dealership? Join Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South as a Rental Assistant and play a key part in the success of our Rent-A-Car operation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our Rent-A-Car department
- Assisting with retail and local corporate vehicle rentals
- Promoting the brand locally and supporting marketing activity
- Helping manage bookings, payments, ID checks and credit processes
- Coordinating vehicle collections and deliveries
- Upselling additional products such as insurance
- Supporting the Rental Manager with budgets and operations
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in car rental (desirable)
- Strong customer service and admin skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- A team player with flexibility to step up when needed
